LED ligtning specially for planted

One of LFS manufacturing LED lightning panel for planted Tank. I have seen these types of LEDs in many planted expo videos on youtube.

Specifications are :- 40 wat.
Colour temp is 7000k
This Light Size is 425*262*54 mm.

Been doing a lot of research , trying to find the best LED grow light that is equivelant/out performs a 1000w ups . Not too sure what it could be yet. There are so many.
