The maximum wattage I find for a 2 feet T5, is 14watt, with around 1050 lumens. And I guess, it doesnot fall under T5 HO, it is just T5 Lamps.
I am searching high lumen lamps for my tank. The major restriction I found with my tank is 3feet length, and thus cant go with available T5 HO (54watts) - 4feet lamps.

OSRAM have the product U R searching for. Else u can try Phillips PLL 34 Watt which is of 6500K. it is good one, though a little costly U can go for Fluval Life spectrum in Ebay or Amazon, it is T5HO.

yes. I found Osram makes 24watt (2 feet) and 39watt (3 feet) in T5HO. Though, need to find the store. Mostly, it should be available in Chandni chowk, or Kotla.

T5 he is normal T5 nothing special. You get in local electrical stores
