how big is the fella right now??

it is about 10 inc... i was wondering should I change its Tank because tank dimension is 30 inc x 9 inc x 24 inc. I think 9 inc is a problem for it to turn.

Yes 9 inch wide is not good
I would suggest a 3'*2'*1.5'

i'm glad that you chang the tank, but the i guess something is still not correct, the fish is missing the natural glow that exists with any healthy fish(though i might be wrong). what do you feed him? probably a better diet can solve this.

Beautiful fish. I think you should remove the rocks, flowerhorns are hyper active and they would in no time hurt themselves.
