As I just setup the tank, i.e. yesterday
The water is super cloudy as is during monsoon
And it doesn't help when you add a lot of leaf litter and a new driftwood

Will share pics once the tank is a bit more clear

Also planning to add some rhineloricaridae to the tank

So today the algae fighters for the albimarginata tank are here

Rhineloricaria lanceolata

Although there are 3 of them currently to battle the current algae bloom eventually there will be only one left the other two will be moved to the black dragon betta tank

Wow.. These fish are in my bucket list. Never seen these cats here. Google images have more pointy and "whippy" tails! why?
Are these juveniles?

The last of the specimens have arrived
And they are in great condition very very happy to set up my first wild type betta tank

Will be receiving the stand today on which the tank is going to be setup

after a really long wait they seem to have come out of their hiding spaces once in a while.
