The winning tank is surely the 10th entry.

Can we get some comments from Mr Heiko Bleher on tanks (or something like that?) These feedback would be beneficial to the future.

Around 5 entries has been disqualified. This time certificate will be signed by Heiko Bleher. Comments and tank pictures will be posted soon.

Daweed, I also made error on your certificate. Just copied the text from your application and pasted in certificate and here.

I think I made online application and there couldn't choose Serbia... Serbia & Montenegro doesn't exist for more than a 10 years...
