I think we should add this to one of the banners, like its done for Chris.... always must encourage local talent.

If possible please request more biotop pictures, also any underwater pics he might have taken
if he can send some native plant pics, much better :)

Thank you very much friends for your very kind words and sincere appreciation of my work, I am overwhelmed :-)

Marsaiko, I say with much regret I'm no photographer, not that I've not tried .... three cameras down the line .... one fell into the bogs in the Sunderbans, one lying defunct in my cupboard and another gifted to a talented scientist in Mizoram. Bioptope, underwater and plants pics are so very important. But I will definitely follow your advise to showcase this and get myself a simple P&S to record the bioptopes and will bring back aquatic plants from my trip for a better photographer to record for posterity as Romi very rightly pointed out the tragic state of our fast depleting environment.

Please feel free to query on any aspect of Indian fish and invert and I will to the best of my ability respond and share what little I know. But I must warn in advance about not being very prompt so please bear with my possible delayed replies ;-)

it was fantastic to read interview, kodos to rajeev for putting it together.

Thanks a ton to Andrewda for sharing the info and pics, but like any enthusiast, like your self, we definitely want more pics :)
