i don't think the 2nd pump will do. these pumps do not produce any pressure.
they work with a small rubber membrane only.

don't know the 1st one, but Rs 1200...this is equivalent to 20 bottles of fosters... :cnf

u need to screw the compressor to wall with a rubber staging other vice any compressor wil make noise . that is vibration . many lfs people dont do all this that's y there is alot of sound . i have also one with out any noise only.

connect the other end to your acrylic pipe . and than pump air in it .the pressure inside the bottle is more than enough to blow the acrylic pipe
*******dont over heat the acrylic pipe*******

might be a childish question!!! how this intermediate will help to ease the process, but not the direct pump?

it wil just give enough pressure in to the acrylic pipe. so it wil be easy to blow .with loo heat low and equal heat in blowing area will give a professional looking filter pipes r anything u want to make .
