thanks for sharing ideas
may I say one thing ? is better to keep electronic ballast(choke ) away from moisture
be cos it generate high voltage from mains A/C source ?

sorry, looking after a long time.
They are called "U" channel beams. Simplest of terminology. Size you can choose as per your need.

Yes you can say that. But our place is not so humid, nor is the tank so huge to create humidity. You can treat is just like another outdoor tubelight in rainy season... they ll live. Water?-then another story.
