yes, what is it? one of the biggest challenge in this hobby for me has been keeping up with the abbreviations, HM, HC, HMPK, HOB, PLL, BB, LR, RCS, FTS, :D

Nice anemone there... I will keep a close eye on this thread as I want to setup a small one myself.
Regards,
Keshava

thanks for the explanation.
but man made LR is a contradiction itself. LR's are dead coral rocks, highly porose, full of micro organisms...the actual filter in a marine tank.
the micro organisms can be only developed in months-years long soaking in the sea or a matured marine tank...everything else has no filtration effect and is NO LR...just a rock.
an anemone requires a matured tank with good LR filtration...i think it is a very hard job to keep it alive for more than just a few months long.

:1

Except unless you feed it regularly and use very high lighting. Plus its too early to put in an anemone in a new tank.

Thanks to all for their suggestion and advice.

All the material is old.Even water was also from old tank. So no problem of cycling.

@Jack, I am not new in the marine side of hobby. In past, successfully kept a low tech marine tank for two years.

Due to disturbance in substrate, water was cloudy.

Next week, I will add more light and a HOB skimmer. I am also planning to add a pair of mollies so that Anemone can get live food occasionally. I have also 3 watt blue LEDs but not able to joint those so planning a ready made lighting from Lajpat Rai market. I will dose with iodine and other required additives.
