Tetras are egg scatterers, they scatter their eggs amongst the moss and foliage, eventually they hatch and feed on the tiny partials when you feed your fish. Best to remove other fish and feed them fine foods. In terms of SAE, I don't think they can be bred in the aquarium. Do you have a photo?

Thanks, but i can't move other fishes.
I've moved the leaf on which the eggs were laid into a small container & covered the opening with a fine net to keep them safe. Will it work?

Can you upload some pics? I doubt if Neons and Columbian Tetras will lay eggs neatly on plants. SAE are fussy breeders...so we want to be somewhat sure before you started collecting the eggs
