Plan to promote some Regular Members of forum as Moderator.

Respected members
I am planning to promote some regular and dedicated members of forum as Moderators and Expert. Some of the Aquapetz Team Members are busy in their life and hardly sparing time for forum. I thought, new faces will work with fresh ambitions and enthusiasm. Regarding this matter, please express your opinions. Your valuable advice and suggestions are very important for the growth of forum.

Agree to the move, I would prefer to be removed as a mod as am not active enough.

I say you should have a bigger team. So that if some are not present others are there to fill their spot (Support Staff).
I would also say that if you ever need support staff I will gladly recommend my name.
Because I am not too regular & sometimes vanish without any prior notice I cannot work as a Full time staff yet (though I would like too, but too much studies load!).
But I have experience of moderating other forums (was moderator on 2 video game design forums). Also, I have a keen eye and have some technical skills too.
So if I am online for only 10 days in a month, that will be suffice.

Yes it seems that there is a quick requirement of few moderators,to
Keep the forum active and live.
Without any hardfeelings, it reflects as if it is the solo responsibility of Rajiv bhai
and few handful to keep the forum live and moving.
There is no denial that there may be shortage of time for few
senior members and they may have genuine problem to squeeze
time for the forum,still to keep the forum active and lively
more exchange of veiws should take place.
In that case pushing few regular members as moderater's is not
a bad idea or that should be the right call.

ya,I also think it's time to upgrade Mod team to increase activity in forum and keep it going strongly...
