All of they are developed in Joomla and our forum is developed in phpBB3. Is it easy to convert a phpBB forum into Joomla?

I need to research on that, however i have good knowledge about joomla and it makes site very live and we have lots and lots of free apps that we can add to the site.

OMG the links are going above my head!!!
But nice to see some good formats.
1) At present I only suggest to think on the home page/portal page not anything inside the forum or subforum.
2) If any cost involve for this up-gradation will ask members(including me) to give time for this change, and let us know if any.
3) Main intention is to maximize the space available the portal page, with a proper balance of Information and attractiveness.
4) Including Asheesji and Rajivji will ask other members to put some suggestions to it.

I have read about joomla and phpbb forum integration. The speed of forum will be slow.

Not sure how it can be done, but just a proposal to make it more attractive!!!
I have filled up 30%(approx) of the page, expecting some others to work on the rest of the page....but its not necessary to put PICTURE everywhere but the attractiveness.
