Sorry Abhishek but i hope u won't mind if i use ur topic to ask 1 question -

If say activated carbon is important in the beginning, and a person does excatly the same. let's say after a month he takes it out and puts peat and slowly sees a lot of improvement in the plants but also in about a month some diatoms. Will it be a smart move to use the carbon again?

diatomes are kinda inevitable to avoid, your greatest weapon against this sinister would be fluna- otto's and yamato shrimp!
