discus tank.from garbage to something presentable
This is one of our few tanks where we strip and redo and entire tank from scratch.Even though the quality of the fish was good,the tank was a mess to say the least.Purple gravel half dead plants and wood thrown about carelessly without a hint of aquascaping.Was a major job to strip down and clean the mess,restart an unused cannister which the client had,and to convince him that no blue liquid salt and medicine is required everytime you do a water change (the person taking care of the tank previously kept adding methylin blue to the tank for reasons best know to them).After 5 hours of hard work,a week of water cycle,some nice lights and good filtration later the results are in front of you.Happy fish and a happy client.Just like all of our other clients
Would love to know what you think of the tank.

Looking beautiful and appearing creativity.

@toomanyfish
It is good that they realized they were not doing it right and hired you to intervene
The problem with ignorant people is that they usually don't realize they are doing it wrong until it is usually too late. The methylene blue idea has been in circulation for ages, they see it as a kind of 'tonic'. but the real reason is the blue tint, most people are suckers for bright colours even if they come from chemicals!
Is that a real Coffeefolia? wow.
