Otos dying
I bought a pair of otos on 23.10.15.,One oto died on 28.10.15 and other seemed fine grazing algae and had fat belly y day night but today morning died for no reason all other fish seem fine,anyone please tell why it happened? ;

It's a 110 litres planted community aquarium. , temp around 30'c ph I have not tested I do 30 percent water change once in 10 days...60 percent ro water and 40 percent tap water.tank mates are neon tetra,neon rainbow. ,SAE,black mollies and yoyo loaches.

It a pretty old tank converted into planted one planted tank two months back.

Sorry for the loss.
I searched and guess that they were not able to tolerate stress of changed water from LFS to your aquarium and this may be the cause:
"Otocinclus Catfish care is relatively easy. But while care should be easy and straight foreword, keeping Otocinclus Catfish can be tricky because they a delicate freshwater aquarium fish. Otto Cats often die shortly after being added to an aquarium, even after appearing to be healthy, active and feeding well during the first few days. That said, some can live over one year and grow in size…under the right conditions and with a little luck."
