I have someone in chennai to whom i am going to be sending some of the fishes, if required i can ask him to forward it to you from there via Bus. That will be cheaper. Flight charges from delhi to bangalore plus cost of travel to aiport and back should be a lot i believe.

I can also check with a road trasport vendor if they would carry it for you. Since bettas can survive upto 10 days in packing if packed well in breathing bags. There should be no issues.
