@vijendra
There is a simple solution to solve the Co2 Dump Issue. Normally the way we connect our regulators is like this.
Co2 cylinder -> Regulator -> Solenoid -> Needle Valve - > Check Valve -> Bubble Counter -> Diffuser.
However if you connect the same like this. In most likely hood you will be saved from the dump.
Co2 Cylinder -> Regulaor -> GAS Needle Valve -> Solenoid -> Needle Valve -> Check Valve -> Bubble Counter -> Diffuser.
The additional GAS needle valve will ensure that incase the Co2 is dumped by the regulator, these GAS Needle Valves are capable to handle a lot more pressure at their input range. ( These are the ones i gave you for Pune ) and will save 95% of your dumps. Also another check you can do is when you see your cylinder is almost at the final stages on the dual guage regulator, just remove your regulator, let the excess gas out and refill it before the dump is going to happen.
Hope the above helps.
@Bappa !
March is a good Month to start work on the 12 footer ! Breeding Hideouts Background for the Apistos partition is free for that one from my end , Couple of Fries for me ...

cancellations are not accepted, nick.

@scorpio
I think Nick has a point. He was forced to cancel because he could not wait any longer. After such a long time of this thread running, why don't we have a single fish to show? More cancellations and it will fizzle out entirely.
