As per most sites (and as mentioned in this thread also), the standard procedure of using glut is to dilute to excel conc (1.5%) and dose it. However you are suggesting to add 1ml 25%glut directly which is approx 15 times a stronger conc. Since u must be dosing it, I am sure you will be the best judge but I would be glad to see the evidence before using such a higher dose.
Check this tank. It is completing its second month on Feb 22, 2013. I think this is the perfect growth in low tech environment.

At present I am also dosing CO2 in a tank. But I am never happy with the growth of plants with CO2.

I am sure u are dosing and u are doing great. But Sir, sorry, it is 15 times higher; so I find it difficult to accept. I am a very skeptical person and don't believe without evidence. So was asking, because the net has evidence otherwise...
If there is documented evidence for, I will be more than happy to use... Otherwise I will prefer to use the dilution as mentioned in this site which I got in this thread.

Arijit, I will never dose anything in the tank which will be harmful for fishes and invertebrates. Measure 1 ml for 10 gallon of water in a syringe and release it near the flow of filter so that it can be mixed in the water quickly. In starting days, I also used concentrated Glut but after making some trial I start method of direct use. I am not pressurizing you to follow me. All things depend on your choice.

Neil, Don't go for cidex.

Visit any shop that sales Lab items. Here you can buy Gluteraldehyde 25% or 20% solution.

please go through the medical journal "Effects of Gluteraldehyde on Human Health"

http://joh.sanei.or.jp/pdf/E48/E48_2_01.pdf

While one wears gloves while handling it , uses it it in a place which has good fresh air flow however how sensible is it ok to dip hand in the aquarium treated daily with Glut for plant maintenance ??

Question : When we dose CO2 we avoid surface movement as CO2 gets dissipated ... what when we dose Glut?

Glut to be used when you ON the lights. So that plants can consume it through the process of photosynthesis.
