Re: Tank Table
the one mentioned here is used by almost all the LFS at my place and probably majority of Lfs in India, so it won't be a problem.parthapratim22 wrote:Dear Delhiwalas,

Re: Tank Table
metal racks with holes for adjustig height are best for shopkeepers who need to change tanks as and when they sell stuff, selling entire tanks at times. for people who need stands for a specific size tank and will not want to keep changing the height of the stand, the sturdy and cheap angle iron available in any welding shop is best. The holes for adjustment make the bars weaker so not having them is a better option for tankkeepers.
It was years ago that i queried their prices, that time they were 16 bucks a foot or so. So just walk to a welding shop and shop around. For welding it and making it a stand, they charge you per kilo here in Delhi, as far as i remember. That means if u buy a stand that weighs 20 kg, u will be charged per kg. But naturually, u will give specifications in foot to the welder.
Guys from Delhi who are more updated, may plz correct me if needed.

Re: Tank Table
I have asked nearby shop and they quoted 1000 for 4ft by 1.5ft table(with required supportings) height 1mtr . Have to check with a welding shop also.
do you think in welding shops the same size will be cheaper???
