Please tell me where i could get brine shrim cysts in Delhi NCR

some lfs sell sera brine shrimps ready mix with salt.

i got some franciscana brine shrimps there and am quite happy with the quality
there are some guys who ship worldwide

Yes, this can be done.
Do you realise you will be basically keeping them in salt water? Everytime you will need to make fresh salt water for them, during water changes.
If you like keeping interesting shrimp like brine shrimp and not like cherry red shrimp, why not try fairy shrimp? They look different and are a freshwater sp.

as mentioned by Romi fairy shrimps would be much easier to keep and maintain as they unlike brine shrimp don't require salt water. Few days Back Amol collected them from wild and probably breeding them too.
