Hello Guys came up with one new project i like to know how Plant Tissue Culture can be done at home anyone done this before at home

I want to do Plant Tissue Culture at my home...last time it done in lab and they all used plant chemicals and everything there bcoz of my friend working there i go there and i have learn something about this but i like to know there is any easy way to done this at home...

Last year, I have started by not get success. I will also start again in November at my home.

Maintaining Aseptic environment in home is big issue, results Fungal contamination.

Without an LAF, the culture transfer will be a big problem. Rest is not a big deal.

Let me know if any technical help you guys want. I have done PTC in my M.Sc with different plants(Terrestrial)

Prepare a writeup for plant tissue culture with essential chemicals. That will be a big help.

hmmmmm...tough job....will try my best to do that... give me some time. All my notes are in home, can bring them in Dec though....
