@Partha- first thing you have to empty the cylinder or else railways will consider it as inflamable/dangerous .....as per rule if you want to carry a cylinder it has to be empty. So, no issues if you make it empty and bring by train parcel n collect it in delhi. Another thing i want to add is you have to collect it on the same day of delivery or else they charge very high for not collecting the stuff n charge per/hour ......
i wanna know how much is the price n from whom you r getting it ?

I am not sure about this but 10 years back instant soda maker for home were being sold like frenzy. Can those cylinders be used for it? At that time i think i would get the refill for 50 bucks I think

it would surley work, infact one of our friend here( pramod yadav) used to have3 such cylinders, but the cost of refilling was comparatively very high. so he finally gave up on it and replaced them with a proper co2 cylinder.

No issue with empty cylinder. Keep it in luggage bring without any problem.

The cost of refilling small cylinders are very high. So I am also planning to buy a bigger cylinder. I spends Rs. 150 per refill for this cylinder in Shahdara. One of the famous LFS of Delhi demanded Rs. 500 to refill this cylinder.
