1kg ADA cylinder with kit by train-issue!!!

I am trying to bring a used 1kg ADA cylinder with kit by train from Howrah to Delhi, any issue in transportation. Owner will bring that with him.

No issue with empty cylinder. Keep it in luggage bring without any problem.

Just empty it and get it. Co2 is hardly Rs 20/Kg

thats possible. Is it easy to refill 1kg cylinder here in Delhi?

Aquarium shops will demand Rs. 500 to refill this cylinder. But in Shahdara it can be refill just in Rs. 150.00

I am dying to get that in my hand, waited so long for a pressurized system. Will go to that place to refill.
