transporting a single fish by any mode will be a costly affair. why don't you search locally i'm sure you will be able to find some good betta not essentially HM.

here we have only veiltail males..HM or CT is hard to find even a veiltail female...i also wanted more fishes from him but he said that it will be not possible by courier..

shipping fish by courier is a risky affair, the sender packs the fish properly and if he doesn't inform the courier guys then they might ship it. and by any chance they came to know about the live fish then it will be a problem and the courier might return to the sender.
