silicon don't adhere to acrylic sheet, use something else like super glue or chloroform to join the acrylic sheets.

now these are something new . where did you get them? how much did you paid for them? whats the rating?

i get them from the bike spare parts store , its Rs100/piece + Rs5 heat sink , i don't know about the power rating but its very bright
