If all of you want 1,2 and 3 we can organize after every four months. If there is only two choices, twice a year.

Ok start with 1,2 and 3. Lets keep the rules simple....
for all categorieslLet everyone submit their breeding effort (as a single entry journal with multiple pics). Window of submission 3 months, 15 days for voting. Thereafter, open the threads to voting by members. One member 1 vote per category. The winner to be announced periodically.

We will also have to consider the time frame required for each project. Breeding projects will require a much longer time than the others as the participant will have to make a brief journal right from spawning to raising of the fries, while the other two can even be done within a day, offcourse depending upon the projects(DIY ones).

For breeding project we can give a timeframe within which the journal has to be submitted say 3 months from a particular date as suggested by Bappada, while submissions for the others can be started a bit early

I think duration of 4 months is enough for any type of project.

Can we announce starting of 2 or 3.

We will do as same as APZ aquascaping contest, a good looking banner to promote, with voting information. I guess it will start with existing threads, right? Any help I am available on the forum.

Considering huge population will we get 1st ,2nd and 3rd prizes? If so any or all is fine

We will announce soon the contest. I am very busy during the month of March. We have to do following before announcement.
1. Rule draft
2. Banner
3. Other things.

Come ahead and prepare everything so that announcement can be done in the end of March.
