Lowest light scape-Updated(17th Dec2013)

Sharing my low-tech scape here.
This started basically as a dumptank, to dump all extra fishes and plants I have.

Tank - 90x45x45cm(160l)

Light - 1x20w CFL

substrate - laterite topped by scoria(2-5mm)

Plants - anubias nana, crypt wendtii, crypt spiralis(red and green), crypt pontederiifolia, christmas moss, some other unidentified crypts

Inhabitants - ornate, lemon, cardinal, rummy-nose tetras, oto, CAE, assasin snails, cardina sp.

dosing-traces and excel once a week

Have always wanted to try this one-central-mass scheme, makes the fish stand out too... very attractive.

Well, a little confession here. It was a dump tank earlier, but as I tinkered and it showed some significant improvement, it has become more than a dump tank now ;)
And I have grown quite fond of it and I hope to keep it as long as I can.
