My first attempt to Planted Aquarium

Tank Size: 2*1*1 (15 gal)

Substrate: 3.5 Kg Laterite + 8 Kg River sand

Light: 36W PLL

Filter: SOBO 650L/H internal power filter

CO2: DIY + Glut

Ferts : DIY(Macro NPK and and Micro Rexolin CXK)

PLANTS :

Foreground: Echinodorus Quadricostatus ,Sagittaria Subulata (dwarf)

Midground: Nymphae Rubra(Red Lily) ,Rotala Indica,Hydrocotyle Leucocephala,Sagittaria Platyphylla,Hygrophilia Polysperma,Cardamine Lyrata,Stargrass

Background: Hygrophillia Difformis,Cryptocoryne,Bacopa Caroliniana,Aponogeton Sp.

I have made the Macro solution with 1 tbsp kno3 and k2so4 in 500ml water stored separately.Will not be adding phosphate at this moment.Is the ration right? Actually i get different views with different people and site so am confused about the ratio.
Keeping a target of 5ppm of NO3 10ppm of K per week.Is that okay ?

Posting some some so that you all could suggest in dosing patterns and other factors
