1. The oreva tube 21W you are using is 8000Kelvin?
2. Instead of using 4 X 21W tubes can I use 2 X 36W?

I got 3ft 21W oreva tubes from Lohar chawl-Mumbai, Now how do i put it in the hood, should I place it at equal distance from each other or should I place it nearby to each other keeping 1 or 2 inch distance in between them.

please suggest what did you do in your tank.

I have installed the tubes on both sides in the gap of two inch. The gap in the middle of the tubes using to mount a 4 inch fan to lower the temperature in summers.
