hmmm a few things that might help a lot in ur pics is
- clean the tank glass - will reduce reflections
- take the pictures at an angle, preferrable from a little higher than the fish's eye level, that way as ur camera is inclined u will not receive reflective glare.
- use flash most of the time, as the tank light is not enough for the pics
