Are you saying it snows in parts of Kerala????
A good outcome of Global Warming I'd say
More heat, more evaporation, more rainfall :)

Echinodorus tunicatus

cultivation is easy

They need plenty of room, light and good substrate
Able to grow up to 60-150 cm in height

cultivation method 1

can be planted like this fully out of water in plastic pots or polythene cover
substrate is laterite +dried cow dung /wormy compost and little coco peat
keep in tree shade or under agri net

fertilizers/ pesticides : use bio (chemicals can also be used if necessary NPK urea etc ..)

MY friend Aqua Gardens doing this
thats Y i named it like this AQUA GARDEN METHOD

Its simple
take a sheet of thermocole , make some holes on it
plug the plant to it and keep floating in tanks

it can take food from water OR can spray coconut water or chemical fertilizers on leaf in mild strength .
see the bottom view
Image

fishes like goramies, betta, can make nest under this.

what do you think about nitrate /ammonia level in tanks ?

safe hiding place for fries ?
good for some bacteria ?
