Need all your suggestions on all 3 designs. Which should be decided and what all changes can I made.

First one is best out of those. Change the position of both the bigger rocks and bring these close to each other.

I felt first and second are good..

first one is better if you remove the right side big rock and put big rock of right side from second pic and put it near the left side big rock in the right side also change some small rocks if needed.

My vote goes to number 2
Having the smaller stones scattered in front is not a good idea, IMHO, bring them closer together.. or hope that Parthapratim decides to give you more direct suggestions
