- the white balance is off, the picture is looks quite warm(too yellow)
- the fish is facing away from the camera, a good composition is when you can get eye contact with the subject.
- there seems to be a leaf in the way, distracting elements are not good when they are in the way of the subject.
the above is my observation.
i like the contrast that u have maintained, and if the white balance is corrected, you will notice that the picture is quite sharp.
