Yes, don't do large water changes, If no external injury or disease is visible you can try giving paraxin (capsule) commonly available at medical store, you can mix 1capsule (500mg) in water & add to your tank.

This is how I de-worm my fishes.

I get a metronidazole and in the night I break the capsule, mix half of it in water and soak the pellets, then feed the pellets to the fishes.
Same operation next day morning.

Then one day I dont feed them anything, and on the very next day I do a 50% water change and feed them normal

Hi All, For all those who knows about me and about my Tank, Just an Update that i have got my 300 gallons tank and I'll start setting it up this weekend..

And today with a very heavy i finally decided and returned my pair of Pacu's to the LFS from where i bought it..And i am not feeling good about it and missing them a lot.. I hope and pray to God that get a loving owner and a big suitable tank for them.

And yes, my Oscar id doing fine and are very happy

I am not able to get a metronidazole capsule but the tables are available everywhere, Please clarify on it..??

They are with same salt. Avaiablable in 400 and 600mg. Dose around 10 mg per gallon in tank.
