One suggestion.

You have both the filters on the same side. Put one on the other side. You will generate a nice flow in both directions. Very very useful to circulate CO2, nutrient and even the water. Try and do this.

If this is your first planted tank, it is very good indeed. you should have started earlier, Sanjib The driftwood is outstanding, is it several pieces or one?

The moss covering just one branch takes a bit of the show away, so the moss spreading wider and better would be good for that bit to come together too.

Sanjib Ji, wood is awesome. Although it has not been treated properly before introduce in the tank. So it is showing white fungus. But it is not possible to procure at this stage so remove it alternatively after 2-3 days. With time, it will be go away.
