Help for DIY humidifier ??
Hello gyz,, I'm setting up riparium for the first time ,, i was using local humidifier for keeping humidity for my plants an mosses ,,but it looks way to ugly in my small tank ,, my question is how should i maintain humidity in my tank without humidifier and without affecting my already setup ed tank ,please help me out in this issue

Kiran, please update your location. India is a big country and maintaining humidity inside tank depends on your location.

sorry rajiv sir forgot to update my profile ,,, I am from pune ,, on android app it shows 41% humidity today ,, I want to grow moss an some locally found small plants which need humid climate ,, so how to do that ???

Hi Kiran, welcome to the forum.
Can you show us what humidifier you have? Perhaps we can suggest looking at that and modify to suit you. I have an idea in mind but ll shoe once I see ur pic.

good evening buddy ,, sai iam using local brand with those nasty leds on it ,, now my question is without electronic humidifier how can i keep my small tank in humid state ,, the plants which iam using they don't need very high humidity ,,but i guess a fair amount ,, so what should i do to keep it humid without any electronic device

Probably it can be maintained by covering the tank with transparent plastic cover and,spraHong it twice

One very easy humidifier that I suggested to Vijendra also, is simply a small bubbling airstone kept in a bowl of water, connected to an airpump. This keeps throwing tiny droplets of water in the air, with each bubble that comes to the surface of the water from the airstone and promptly bursts.... Sometimes the bubbling can be controlled by using different shapes of airstones (or the thin airstone that is like a long ruler, sometimes they are even flexible). Or by increasing the speed of the air production in the airpump (mine has two settings).
Let us know what you did. You should also take a picture for us to be able to advise you better.

thanks sushant ,, i covered it with transparent plastic paper which eventually reducing some evaporation and spraying water 2-3 times a day ,,
romi your idea sound awesome ,if i use wooden ari stone which actually makes very fine bubbles which will burst everywhere ,,an ill cover my tank with plastic paper
will update you gyz with pics in few day after all work is done
