Excel dosing

Experts could you pls guide what is the best method to doze excel/ glut.
Is it better to doze once a day/ twice a day and likewise the best time to doze and any other details that u would like to share of dozing pattern.
At present I am not using pressurized co2 and only excel

In my planted nano's capacity 8 to 15 litre I just use 2 or 3 drops of Seachem Excell once in 4 days... preferably in night. In 400 litres tank only one tea spoon..
.. Rajivjee is an experienced user so he can guide you better.. Isn't so Rajivjee ?

I am dosing Glut as per formula given by SCORPIO it was 1.28ml for my 80 liters tank. In the begning when plants were less i was dosing 1.00ml, after that dose was increesed according to growth of plants currently(80%plants) am dosing 2.0ml after another day when lighting ON.
