Can you share rough prices for Scorpio and us for these lenses?
Sushant i agree in the beginning just stick to kit lens but as you develop more interest specially if we want real good close ups would have to go for it.

Regarding the lens pricing Canon -EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM Lens would cost around 36-37K while exactly the same lens in L series would be 60K. There is difference in build quality of the lens. Normally higher ISO is required for taking picture of fast moving thing so it doesn''t blur but with higher ISO pic has more graininess.

Also use rubber lens hood as with it you can place the camera lens just against tank glass. I think going for 60mm or 40 mm macro lens with aperture setting of f2.8 can give you very good results.

Rajiv ji, for fishy shots one thing I have seen in ccommon is the over head flash. So try getting one. Also a tripod will help if your hands are shakey like mine.

There no specific camera setting that can be defined which gives perfect pictures all are trial and error methods as light changes continuously for situations. I would suggest digital photography school website to study up on the basics pay special attention to aperture/iso/dof readup's they have
