Tandoor rocks

The rocks used to heat Tandoors. Are they safe for planted tanks?

They are Lava Rocks so safe for aquarium.

They are used to 'heat' tandoors? that means they burn ? they are flammable?

These rocks used in tandoor due to presence of pores.

If they have a tandoor then they are bound to have tandoor rocks too.
I am somewhat positive about that though I haven't asked any myself.
