This amazing plant growth could not have been without effective lighting. But the lighting used while photographing is clearly flawed.

It creates unnecessary shadows that mar large and very signcant parts of this, otherwise very beautifully arranged and mature scape.

so I would blame the photographer and not the aquascapist ! coolbig

Answer to Scape no 8

Superb example of underwater nature. Perhaps the central branches might have been less bare, but it is just a detail. I would have preferred a more defined picture.

Fabio Ghidini

The overall composition is compromised by the use of the trunk on the right ... or if you like, or hate! Unfortunately for aquapaisagista do not like to use. If the base of the trunk had been disguised, might not have been bad at all. So give me the feeling that the trunk fell into the aquarium compromising the balance and harmony of the composition.

Filipe Oliveira

The layout arrangement lead me to

remember the gold prize winner of 2010 IAPLC. Overall composition is OK, but the aquascaper have to aware of the shadow area, show on the picture, and if this layout could development more when the plant grow naturally, it would be better.

Gary Wu

Good design and good execution, but too many dark areas in the picture.

beautiful scape,

the rock in the center could have been tilted towards the right keeping with the flow of the other rocks.

other than this I could not find anything.

ANSWER TO SCAPE NO 9.

JUDGES COMMENTS:
This tank is really a show of colors! The rocks were a bit lost, but have the correct size, making it seem huge aquarium! Loved the effect of Rotala beautiful "pink" in the background!

Enrico Monteiro

Beautiful aquarium with a great sense of depth, where several plans meet the focal point in the back at right. Excellent!

Fabio Ghidini

Show the ball!! My favorite in this category. Many congratulations on the layout, it looks fantastic!

Filipe Oliveira

The plant condition is perfect, the layer of the aquascape is also good, if I have to critic, only the open space foreground seem a little bit more and the main stone need few more supplement stone to balance the layout.

Gary Wu

Great scenery and wonderful photography. Personally I think it lacks some of the massif on the left rear and left over the right rear.
