Center weighted would work best for your requirement.
EXIF in simple words is metadata of the photo you clicked. Typically when you'd want the EXIF info, it'd be to look into all the image capturing parameters (ISO, Focual lenght, f-stop etc).

Yes go with center - weighed mode.
And check the settings of the click like aperture, iso etc.

Rahiv bhai, you are not doing your home work. Going by textbook style will give you very good results instead of experimenting.

The photograph looks good in isolation but the color balanced is messed up. They are in no way close to how the plants look in real. A greener tinge would look better. Right now its darker shade of brown/green.
