You can adopt one and have your dream fulfilled. Sadly a lot of dogs, including labradors, are being been abondoned on a daily basis. If you want to adopt a lab will surely help you with it...

They were always a part of my life since my Grandfather kept one, my father kept few and I kept couple of them.
I Had very fond memories.
