brown algae on plants

got brown algae on plants.. not able to remove it by hand s.. any other solution for it..

Introduce some mollies or rosy barbs to get rid.

A. As suggested by Scorpio and also try these:
1 Reduce light to about less than 6 hours a day. Remove any lights for less than 1 hours lights all together. Later, u can slowly increase it.
2. Manually remove algae from plant leaves or stones etc as much as you can
3. Run filter 24 hours daily
3. Reduces food to fish and also reduces number of fishes if they are overstocked
4. Water change 25% twice a week
5. Wait for 2 weeks with these measures.
6. Prevention:
From now on, when you add new plants wash them in pot permagnate before adding
Check fishes for good health before adding
