Yesterday bought Aqua Zonic T5 4x54 w light fixture with 12000K tubes. Should I replace it with 6500K T5 54W Tubes?

Now the next challange is to make a Stand suiting the decor of Living Room.

New Tank / Substrate is ordered and will be delivered on this Saturday. I am discarding my existing tank and will be shifting the stuff from it to new tank in next few days. There is one big challange. The existing tank has thousands of snails and dont want it to move to the new tank. One of the way would be to wash all the plants before planting but there is Fissiden Moss on Lava Rocks which may carry the tiny snails or eggs to new tank. How to handle this?

Put a snail trap inside the the aquarium and stop feeding. You will catch lots of snails using this method.

Snails eggs are covered with a transparent jelly like material. Just find the jelly like material. They need plain area to stick eggs. So less chance to find eggs over lava rock or moss.

IMO these 12000K lights are meant mainly for marine tanks. The right lumen should be 6500K. The experts should comment.
