Showcasing Hardscaping Steps

I have been continuously working on hardscaping connecting to a small commercial approach. Sometime is quite tough to bring something new, sometime its very quick to come out some odd but new idea. Lets work harder!!!
Here are couple of work I have tried to explain how can be achieved. Both are quite simple in comparison to modern Hardscaping. Still hope we can have some interesting discussion on it. Love to hear from you all.
Following points can be considered for betterment
1) A good amount of substrate elevation gives a hardscape more strength.
2) A thought of vector on total scape is required to achieve the sense of dynamic and hence more interesting.
3) Identifying of proper texture in a rock is also an important factor.
