Hi All,

Well recently my Oscar had Hole in the head disease and finally she got fine after i medicated her and eating now after approx. 1 month .
Now, she looked better and eating for last 15 days but today i noticed White Poop coming out and also she throwing out pellets after few seconds ... She have 2-3 after that she is throwing more which are feeded... Kindly advice is it Internal parasite case ...

Try Green peas before using any medicine, it will clear up the gut and probably will solve the problem.

Yes Rahul it can be internal parasite.

Try doing a tummy cleaning using metrendazole.

Break the capsule into 2 parts - use 1 part and mix it in water and then soak the pellets there. Feed her those pellets and drop the mix-water.
Do the same thing next day morning also.
Stop feeding next day night.

Do a 50% water change the next day and feed it in the evening.

Hope everything will be fine.

By the way what other fishes you have in that tank? Its better if you can move it to a separate tank and treat, reduces the stress.

I do feed my fishes green peas once a week.
Anyways my other fishes are very healthy .
I have 1 more oscar fish , 3 Parrot fishes , 1 feather fin and 4 Silver dollar with Ehiem 2217 canister filter. Its a 4 foot long minijhang chinese tank.

Kindly explain as medicine will mixed in food so does i need to do 50% water change after treatment ....
