About the light, I needed something that could be latched on to the edge of the tank. Ordered one from eBay. Some 48 led, white blue combo light. Will have to wait for two weeks, before I can see it.

Thought I'll share an update. Out of the 10 shrimp I added, 5 are dead already. The rest all look like females to me. May be it was the water or the temperature. Things seem to be kinda stable at the moment.
Replaced the filter media with Seachem matrix and Seachem purigen bag is on its way. Also no more adding the ro water since it seems to be little too clean and the pH stays is lowly 6.4
