Best way is to pluck this algae with a toothbrush.

After removing with toothbrush, start really powerful filter to move the water faster. Also, reduce light hours for 1-2 weeks till Algae is controlled.

There are excess trace nutrients in the tank which is causing a toxicity in the Glosso. Stop dosing traces and perform a dozen or more massive water changes.

Best way is to increase flow, increase water changes and dose more phosphates. In my case, addition of ghost shrimps also helped. Hope it works for you as well.

Thanks Karthik,Solcielo lawrencia for your reply.
As of now, I've stripped this tank and planning for a slightly bigger one.. may be a 36x18x18 tank.

The Lava Rocks with Fissiden Moss in my tank are full of Algae. The Tanks has shrimps as well. What is the solution? I am thinking of removing the rocks and dip in Hydrogen Peroxide Solution. Will that kill the moss?

Pluck the algae with help of tooth brush. Apply Hydrogen Paraoxide on spots.
