This was the ideal heat sink for this project. However costing wise it was a bomb so dropped the idea to buy it and i had to buy full length which was of no use to me

Heat sink compound is an essential part to keep the temperature low. So make sure to add good quality and adequate amount of heat sink compound before you install PCB over heat sink.

My plan is to use a dimmer to mimic the sun movement. it would have 5 phases
1. All light on with minimum glow
2. Brightness of the right led group will change to maximum
3. Brightness of Middle group will change to maximum and Brightness of right group will change to minimum
4. Brightness of Left group will change to maximum and Brightness of Middle group will change to minimum
5. All lights off

i would be also installing 60 W led strip (one from my old setup) for emergency purpose

Any source where from i can purchase Digital dimmers with timers? Alibaba is an option but it will take minimum a month.

Todays update...

All LEDS are on board. ready to fire them up. It literally blinder me for 15 mins and i was not able to see anything.
camera of my cell is not working anymore, will try some RND on camera latter on

what is the price of that heatsink, if it is good quality for long life I might be interested.

Also is it half watt led each on the PCB?
