Query regarding rcs and tetra

Hi All,
I have 30'' X 15'X 18" low tech planted tank contains 5 neon tetra, 10 penguin tetra and one black molly. Can i add RCS and assassin snail in the existing setup.

I big NO for RCS. Molly will start eating from day 1 and rest of the fishes will eat fry. Slowly they will disappear.

that's always a good idea if you want to breed shrimps.

I have setup separate RSC tank of 12 X 8 X 8 inches. I feed them Tetra bits little qty. But the color of the RCS fed-out . Its a bare bottom tank. Please suggest how to improve the color of the RCS.
